Verdugo Hills Hospital’s Gastroenterology Department, which features a renovated and upgraded GI lab, allows physicians to perform such diagnostic procedures as colonoscopies, endoscopies, bronchoscopies, and transesophageal echocardiograms. Our physicians have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic/therapeutic video endoscopes, which provide digital images so detailed and accurate that diseases of the lungs and digestive tract may be detected at the earliest stages.
