We are a 158-bed nonprofit medical facility featuring the finest in primary care services, diagnosis capabilities, and health-enhancement initiatives. In times of happiness (the birth of a child), emergency or acute-care demands, we make it possible for local residents to receive quality, personalized medical care close to home.

We are proud to be the only independent, freestanding hospital in the greater foothill communities. This distinction is not only unique, but is meaningful. Our non-affiliation status allows us to dedicate 100 percent of our focus and effort on local community healthcare needs without external encumbrances from shareholders or corporate bureaucracy.

Verdugo Hills Hospital is governed by a voluntary board of directors, comprised of local business leaders and practicing physicians who are knowledgeable of community needs as well as the latest in healthcare technology. Together we make sure that we continue to serve our community’s ever-changing and challenging healthcare needs, just as we have for more than 30 years.
